At SGMC, serving is part of our calling. Every act of service—large or small—helps people follow our mission to love God, love people, and make disciples. Volunteers have been the heart of SGMC since its beginning, and we are grateful for each one.

Worship Support
Support SGMC’s worship through music, prayer, technology, livestream, and Sunday‑morning leadership.

Hospitality & Setup

Congregational Care
Care for SGMC members through meals, visitation, grief support, and pastoral care.

Invest in the next generation through Sunday groups, nursery care, youth, college and mid-week activities.

Missions
Serve Starkville and beyond through hands‑on mission projects, monthly food collection, Beds for Kids, and community outreach whenever it's needed.
