The Hospitality & Setup Team creates a warm, welcoming experience each Sunday. From greeting guests and preparing the coffee bar to transforming the Springer Center into a sacred
worship space, this team helps SGMC extend Christ-centered hospitality and makes everyone feel seen, valued, and at home. If you enjoy making people feel welcome, this is a wonderful place to serve—one where your dedication helps others feel at home.
Coffee Bar
A simple cup of coffee can make a big difference. This team prepares and maintains the coffee bar each Sunday, offering warmth and connection before worship.

Greeters
Greeters are often the first faces people see at SGMC. They welcome guests, offer directions, answer questions, and help create a friendly, comfortable environment.

Setup Crew
Five weekly crews coordinate all setup for Sunday worship and Children’s Sunday School. Each crew is responsible for arranging chairs, moving in the altar, podium, and any additional items needed for the service. A designated fifth‑Sunday crew also handles special events. All crews ensure that everything is put away properly at the end of the service.
