CONGREGATIONAL CARE

Join the Congregational Care Team

Congregational Care is the ministry that walks alongside individuals and families through seasons of need, offering presence, prayer, and practical support. This team serves our church family with compassion through several focused care groups.

Homebound Visitation

Members visit those who are homebound or living in long-term care, offering friendship, encouragement, prayer, and a meaningful connection to the SGMC family. This ministry provides an opportunity to share God’s love and remind members that they remain an important part of our church community. Volunteers are needed to join this caring team.
