A Milestone in Faith: Land Purchased for Future Church Home

With joyful hearts and deep gratitude, we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in the life of Starkville Global Methodist Church. Following a Church Conference vote, the Trustees moved forward to purchase 15 acres of land on Highway 25—a beautiful and promising location for our future church home. This decision is a significant step forward in building a permanent home for the congregation that God brought together on October 1, 2023. Since that day, God has continued to bless our church richly in its mission to love God, love people, and make disciples.

Looking Ahead: A Vision for Our New Church Home

The Building Committee, made up of members with extensive experience in construction and a deep understanding of our church’s needs, has been prayerfully appointed to guide the building process. In the spirit of transparency and collaboration, the committee hosted a series of town hall meetings and collected feedback through a detailed congregational survey. The congregation's voices helped shape the vision for the future facility, and your continued input is welcome as we journey forward.

As planning and construction progress, we encourage you to visit this webpage regularly for updates, photos, and ways you can be involved. We are committed to keeping our congregation informed and inspired every step of the way.

Let Us Celebrate God’s Faithfulness

As we take this bold step in faith, let us celebrate with gratitude for God’s abundant blessings and look ahead with hope and anticipation. The purchase of this land is not just a transaction—it is a testimony of God's provision, timing, and love for His people. To God be the glory—great things He has done!
